mine's probably too small. It's a medium (54cm)

If you want comfort stick 25c on the vig, think you can go 28c too.
Have 25c Michelin Pro 4 SC on mine (£38 pair from decathlon) but they size up around 27c apparently.

I'm 6ft and ride a 54 frame. Have bull horns fitted which stretch it out a little.

Keep working on the Pompino would be my advice. riding aluminium track bikes all day is tiring and uncomfortable, and actually takes lots of the fun out of it.

Yeah i'm finding just after about 30 miles my Para' starts to get pretty harsh.

An aggressive steel frame would probably be a better way to go.

30 aint a lot, maybe try some bigger tyres or something or bit more setback to counteract the mega steep seat tube? I've done a century on mine and it wasnt that bad. I just wouldnt ride it all day in the city if a Pompino was the other option!

It's on 28's already and generally pretty comfortable, i'm sure you could ride it all day long but not for me.

Have you tried going for a carbon seatpost and bars combo? Love a bit of crabonz to soak up the ride.

You do know carbon fibre bars and seatposts make bikes noticeably more comfortable, yeah?

Am pondering on buying a mash or a vig to use working as a courier. Any idea if one would be more comfortable to be on all day than the other?

For courier work? not something cheap and cheerful like the Dolan?

Bar tape ruins it; solid blue to match the logo would balance out the saddle perfectly.

I don't think it's worth the bother? just htfu or ride something else, just when i'm already pretty tired, then go and ride it, it then starts to feel harsh, not the bikes fault.
