Yea I could have guessed this is Neopan 400 - I'm not an expert when it comes to b/w film, but always found the look of this one very pleasing. Somewhat more "refined" than, say, Ilford..

..nice picture - bad scan?

if you mean the sunset, its uncannily accurate...the cinestill nailed that weird color.
(I dont do my own scanning yet,but would like to if anyone has one for sale)

Think Tina means the banding at the top of the image?

umnnn can see it now thought meant color.....blame senoir snappy snaps !
