Speaking of which, is this a good price for the spec? 105 5800
Seems like a pretty good price. I got the standard (non Evans special) version with 105 brakes and Gossamer chainset for £1125. I prefer the paint scheme tbh.
No creaking from the BB in the 200 km or so I have ridden it so far and the frame is very nice.
Mine is currently with Condor waiting for a Rotor pushfit BB to arrive so I can have a 105 compact chainset fitted. I didn't get on with the semi-compact gearing and the FSA chainsets don't seem to have a very good reputation. They are going to put some kind of bonding agent on the new BB and clamp it for 24 hours which, I am told, will prevent creaking.
Evans? Test ride with them then buy from Sigma if you want.
Speaking of which, is this a good price for the spec? 105 5800. Would sell everything apart from the frame and fork and build with Ultegra 6800, Zonda wheels, etc. Seems like the CAAD10 frameset in my size is sold out at the places it was on sale, so this is another option.

Also, Ed mentioned some issues with the OTP Cannondale full-builds, creaky BB30 etc: There's no chance the distributer / Evans mechanics damage the frame when putting it together, right? I'll be able to pop out the BB30 bearings and install a Praxis convertor for the Ultegra crankset with no problems?
