I had a frame and fork painted by Armortex - powdercoat for the frame, then wet paint on the fork, and over the powdercoat on the frame. I'm happy enough with the result, I guess, however if you turn the frame upside down there's orange-peel that they didn't bother to sand flat which I find at-odds with the price tag.
They also took absolutely forever to get the job done.
