They've changed it. Used to be Kevlar/SiO2 compound, now it's 'IsoGrip'. Here's hoping it's better. TBH, I never found Corsa CX IIs lacking in grip in the wet. The problem was the way they let go when they ran out of grip - i.e. no warning, just an immediate introduction to Mr. Tarmac.
