@6pt, you lucky sod. Could happily have a vegetation session in front of brainless telly. And that's a feckin fast ride ,chapeau. I would reveal my speed data but it's the intellectual property of my team (i.e. , me) and so am not permitted.

Ride to Devon is questionable now, will have to see how I feel. May just get a train and be miserable about it.
