So I mistakenly wrongly listed an item on ebay.
Didnt realise the buyer had opened a dispute (I think because ebay and paypal have parted ways) so its been a couple of weeks. Paypal have taken the funds back from me. I refused to grant the refund to the buyer as I assume I should expect to get the item back first?
Am I right?
