Your home buyers report will probably say exactly the same.
They don't actually test them so if any part of it looks a bit old or unusual or whatever they'll caveat it. You'll probably get a load of comments along those lines.
Why are you waiting on the broker for homebuyers survey? If you have the bank valuation that should cover them.

The valuation has just come in the post! Bank simple valuation.
My concern is the line saying
Aspects of the electrical installation give cause for concern and you should obtain specialist advice.
Is this bad?
I'm still waiting on the brokers to let me know when I can have the home buyers survey done....
