the bar you've acquired isn't for this bike.
with this Rossin, there are 2 bars you can get. Both from 3T. One is the longer version of the Moscow. And the other one has more of a rounded angle, found on Takhion pursuits.
The problem is, usually more people cut down those 3T bars to suit their riding positions, that's why all the bars you can find on goggle looks different.
There are a few bikes out there which requires bars other than the 3T bars, such bikes usually use some vintage Nitto pursuit bars.
But hey, as long as it suits your riding position, you can use any bars you like, it's your bike after all.
