They come in tub and clincher so could be either. One of the other guys in the shop bought a pair of rims from http://www.light-bicycle.com and laced them to a circus monkey front/dt rear hub and he's happy with them. Not had any troubles.

I like the Massi: it's well-proportioned and sits nicely.

The frame-fit pump balances the OS DT nicely and the hood/bar transition is perfect.

Most of all, I like the saddle: at last someone with the balls not to go full "mother of the bride".

The rear wheel can fuck off though.
