  • Just got myself a 1litre Hario Mizudashi cold brewer. Paired up with a beautiful Rwandan Gisuma from Weanie Beans and it's fantasic. Doing about 40 grams medium-course ground, 800ml ish water, brew for 4 hours in the fridge then water down 50/50 to drink. Really light, very sweet, almost vanilla'y. Great stuff.
