The tyres are pricy to buy and you should use tubeless compatable rims. On paper they're not as quick rolling as the very quickest clinchers + latex inner, but not far behind. I used standard Schwalbe r.1's then the tubeless version and couldn't feel a difference in rolling or grip. You should also put new sealant in them every 6 months. The main plus's being an almost complete lack of punctures, no pinch flats and being able to use slightly lower pressure.

No mess at all. Put tyre on, fill with sealant through valve, pump up and go.
