I'm running a 120 mm stem on my 55 cm square bike, and it's about right, if a little tight. Ideally I'd want 56 square with a 100 mm stem I think, because I've got a bit too much stem exposed above the head-tube.
Which is why I think this bike would be too small for you, going on the pictures of your Moser - not tall enough?
