I was tired and nursing a bit of a hangover after spending the previous day at the Walthamstow garden party drinking cider in the sun.

Who did I bellow at who jumped the red right across my path at Boleyn Rd/Crossway traffic lights? Naughty naughty, at least jump the red so you make it across in sensible time, don't dilly-dally!

Just looked out of my office window and saw this beautiful man on a beautiful bicycle moving with elegance along Fenchurch Street. Heads were turning and women sipping Diet Coke at their workstations.

I looked more closely and realised, as I should, that it was none other than the great and wonderful Digger.
