So... I have finished my teaching contract and closed my company in order to get time to build this frame before leaving for London.
First day of building was today. I got quite far and I am rather pleased right now.
My last frame, the rear triangle was a little off. In order to deal with this I have build myself a new mitre jig and experimented with mitering using a drill press. It works alright..
The fit is great.
