Yeah but, this way I have proper rims made by DT, hubs by Hope and built by my favourite ginger, bearded wheel wizard - rather than a bunch of rebranded import stuff built by who-knows-who. I'm getting the hubs for £100, so the whole thing will probably cost me ~£220 including some fancy-ish spokes
