That's going to look very comedy with above the knee skinsuits. Still, 3.5 watts...

RAD! Any idea when they'll be available?
EDIT 7-10 days according to the comments.

Full length skinsuit would probably be even better, and without the comedy element.

I think there's issues around the knee, lots of creases due to movement? Hutch has tested everything from naked to full body suit.

Should I run a saddle mount bottle or not? Some Cervelo tests were faster with it, but I'm not sure running it, if I'm not using it much, is sensible. Less is more, right?
I hate teh aeroz. Too much testing required.

What other hydration options do you have?
-
• #808
I run BTA. I'm wondering if I should leave the saddle mount cage.
-
• #809
How often can you get a hand up? Think my preferred setup would be single BTA bottle and hourly handups, but that's only for a 100 or course like Bentley where you can get a bottle every hour.
Think bottle behind arse can be pretty drag neutral, Irwin has switched to it as he's found aero bottles on frame to have a significant impact to CdA.

Yeah, I stopped using bottles on the frame last year. #aheadofthecurve
I'm going to remove it. I was going to keep a can of Pit Stop there but if I flat I don't care I'll just take the time penalty and have a rest. It means I might be able to use the under-saddle mounted light too.

We're working round the clock on them!

• #812
If you do I'd try and get the bottle closer rather than further away.

Thinking about when aero gains overcome reduced rolling resistance.
24h Archetype on the rear, at 25mph: 23mm tyre or 25mm?

25mm
You haz Raltech, non? The lenticular covers should pick up the slack air.

You haz Raltech, non?
Non, but it's not for me anyway (25mph? I wish).
Meh: I've stuck a 23mm on now and CBA to change it...

Go for Crr on the rear and CdA on the front. We swapped a 22.5mm rear tub onto Rich Bussell's bike for Wednesday's V718 rather than a 19-20mm (on a Zipp 900 20mm wide disc) and it sped him up a touch.

We've nearly got the design completely sorted, these are as quick as ATS System on me.

Aesthetics tho

Is Raltech the best (affordable/quality) option for disc covers?
-
• #821
Yes

Speed > aestheticals

But if you can't be fast, looks good whilst being slow :D

I bet they read it here.
And wear 20 sets of them for 70W gain.

(Seriously though, that's a good collaboration...)
