I'd like to build up something with a more sitting up position so i look less like a bell when tottering around town with the girlfriend. I know what size frame to look for if I was building another road bike but I'm not sure how to convert the numbers for a flat (or even swept back) kind of bike. Should i go for the same rough size and reduce the stack/reach with just the bars (or a reduced length stem)?

Driveside crank with extraction threads stripped down to smooth. Tried to loosen the bolt and ride it yesterday for a couple of km, then hammered it, didn't move one bit. I guess it's well engaged to the PW bb spindle.
