    what is in your buffer/safety net? for the time between now when ur offer is accepted to exchange, and even in the first couple of months?

  • 2.5 mths, not risk averse at all!

    I'd say 6 mths contingency would be a sensible target, and for the truly risk averse, 12 mths, not necessarily in cash, but assets that can be easily liquidated

  • Yeah I agree with u.
    My friend is buying and has little or no contingency.
    I've got 6 months contingency thank fuck.
