  • On a slight downer, my landlord, now ex, still hasn't registered with DPS. This is despite reassurances and a ID number.

    Also he didn't tell me he'd sold the property until two days before my rent check was due. Luckily I managed to cancel the standing order in time. Twat.

    On the plus side I can now take him to court and claim up to three times the deposit amount. That should be good to put towards the bathroom project.
