If you don't have the 'Where chefs eat' book then I'd really reccommend it, if you travel quite often. The above site has the reccos from the book. I've not been to Singapore before. Just don't eat Durian on the train!

quick one, asked this before, but the job went away so didn't write down any responses.
But going to be working in Singapore for the next couple of days, staying at the mandarin marina hotel.
