I'm flattered corny, but I was in singa over 15 years ago now, so not the person to ask

I think I stayed there, the weird, huge hollowed out place, there's a little street food market right around the corner from you... Get a cab in to the main square (forget the name) at night and fill your guts with satay skewers...

If you don't have the 'Where chefs eat' book then I'd really reccommend it, if you travel quite often. The above site has the reccos from the book. I've not been to Singapore before. Just don't eat Durian on the train!
