  • Made some mega polenta last night, first time, used a Guardian recipe with milk and cheese, left the leftovers to set and had them for lunch today, really creamy, going to try baking it next

  • Try to make it with mixed herbs, let it cool on a marble slab in a thin layer, then slice it and fry it, you'll have awesome crisps! Had them at The Gate on St. John Street and then made them at home a couple of times.
