Run in to work to be extended to HM distance tomorrow (trying to do this once a month, and getting it out of the way early in the month).
I'm guessing I'm not going to enjoy it, just have to remember not to set off at usual 10k (sloth-like) pace otherwise I get back home from my usual 10k loop feeling rather grim with 11.6km left to do and have to run past plenty of tempting Boris Bike stations.
