Yeah, the DC section is very exposed and was a real struggle in the wind, but surface generally good. Not sure where you start but the first few miles to Mitchell troy were some of the most fun roads I have TTed on, fast swooping downhill.
Rob went for 110" and reckoneded he was significantly over geared.
Hope the wind dies down for you tomorrow. What time are you riding?
Was supposed to be riding the r25/7 with @Borek but last minute lights on the course meant a course change to 1 lap of the national 100 course. It could be a quick course on a less windy day...managed a 56.28 and @Borek a 58.20 despite his taking a wrong turn at the last roundabout.
