I did the Boat Ride Perm again this morning. Bit happier with how it went today - over an hour faster and didn't feel like shite for most of it. That was including the stop to film the red arrows doing their thing over Silverstone I guess. Feckon warm out there - came in 3.5kg lighter having taken on 4L during so ~1L/hour sweat rate. Don't usually see it that high in the UK!
