I need 165mm 52/36 cranks, 11-28 cassette 6800 groupset. WHERE!?
I can see that only Merlin is offering this combo but its not in stock. Any european retailers I should be looking at?

Yes. I run DA9000 cranks in a Shiv with those or very similar to those.

Wish I knew - I've been trying to find that combination (but with 50/34 rings) for @Cycliste's Bianchi. Nowhere seems to do 165mm cranks as part of their SuperValueBundleDealBargainPackage.

Are the 2015 Campagnolo front derailleurs compatible with earlier chainsets, i.e. do the 4-arm spiders have the same chainring gaps as the previous generation? I know that the new derailleurs must be paired with the new levers.

Anyone know of SRAM wireless release dates?

Don't worry about it and just run it.

Wouldn't mind knowing myself, got a custom frame pencilled in for anytime now and would definitely consider wireless, got a feeling it'll be 2016 though.

In theory, given that they've had teams racing on it since January, it should be released in September. The UCI rules on racing prototypes is that manufacturers can only do so in the 9 months before launch.
I'm not sure what penalties, if any, are imposed if that rule is broken.

It definitely looks production ready:

Time to take a hacksaw and removed ALL THE BRAZED ON.
Hang on, 2007 again!

I'm quite looking forward to Sram wireless, I've never been hot on electronic gears but if your going to have them it never seemed to make sense having the faff of aload of cables running over the frame. Just need to wait until shimano bring out there more reliable version and we're golden

I bought a Miche cassette but I'm nervous about using it. Given their mixed online reviews.
Anyone used one of these for many miles?
It's made of steel so I don't see what can go wrong.Miche Primato Light 11

I've used them on my cross bike, mainly because they are cheap as chips. I've never had any issues with them, they've worked fine, coped with all the abuse I've thrown at them and always lasted longer than I was expecting.

Thanks. reassuring.
I can't say this one was cheap. Cheaper than campagnolo yes, but still £50.

I'm quite looking forward to Sram wireless.
That mean you can removed all the braze-on for gear cable a la 2007.

i cant imagine your fit will have changed much, why not just get the cable bosses changed
and a new paint job if you feel like a change of colour? -

What dj said.
Although I always liked you idea of the stainless steel braze ons wearing through over time. Maybe leave the braze ons and then down the line you can build a period / vintage build from 2013.
If I had the money that's what I'd be buying, mix of zee and SLX.
