^Cheers, let us know how you get on

Visa dispute team have asked me to:
Send them an itemised invoice with details of what was delivered and what wasn't
Copies of all emails/contact sent to them
Request a returns address from the Shed, if they don't respond then I keep hold of the wrong shoes that did come and they'll refund them tooAfter I gave him the run down the guy on the phone said it wouldn't be a problem getting the money back as the shop is in complete breach of the Visa regulations. So I would advise that course of action for everyone else who is waiting on Shed orders.

Sounds promising, thanks. What number did you call Visa on?

I called my bank directly and they put me through to their visa dispute team, so I guess try your bank first and see what they say.

I've not heard from them either..Much the same I call and it just rings out.
They aren't doing themselves any favours. If they were con artists they probably wouldn't send anything out at all. Customer service doesn't seem to be high in their priorities. -

£5 off at SIS with '5OFF' if anyone wants it. no minimum purchase I think.

Ongoing strangeness with the probikekit website - a few things that I've been looking at recently have increased in price when I go to checkout. Anyone else experienced this? I emailed them and they basically said Tough Shit...

Nothing so far. That shop must be run by ostriches. Best part of two weeks and the threat of action from Visa before they make any effort with their customers.

Try using private browsing / incognito mode. If its something they are doing actively, its using cookies on your machine to tell them that you've looked at an item a couple of times, and so they assume you will buy it and bump the price. Had something similar with some shoos recently

This is the best plugin for that sort of purpose: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/editthiscookie/fngmhnnpilhplaeedifhccceomclgfbg?hl=en

Thanks for the suggestions both. It's still doing it. Tried clearing history /cookies etc, different browsers, private /incognito.
Strange! -

Are they Internet only? Do they have a physical address to go and knock on the door of? I'd be pissed off too....

Reviewed very well by bikeradar or someone. Saw them in person and they look very cheap. Despite being carbon soled, I didn't buy them because they had both the B-Twin logo and the "look".
