I think you'd struggle for that amount. Bike24 sell the cheapest set of Shimano wheels WH-MT15 at about £80 and the cheapest 'tubeless ready' WH-M785 at about £180
Not sure if the cheaper ones could be made to work tubeless :-/

M785 and MT75 are not just 'tubeless ready', they are actually proper UST tubeless rims.
For similar money in a 'tubeless ready' format but with a bit more burliness, you could build Mavic EN423 rims onto M756 hubs
