@b3ans12345 I Like that! Did you modify the rear bridge or did it come drilled?

Its actually ones of these http://cycle.panasonic.jp/products/pos/custom_order/2015/fpc17/ so when the previous owner ordered it, he selected the road version as opposed to the track version. Which means drilled fork and bridge, slightly slacker geometry and cable stops for the rear brake! Handy!

reason for the kona fork is fubard fork. dont know how she handles without the rack. should get it off to assess the real damage from the impact.

only real plans to change is the levers for some of those funky cheopo tektro levers. much more comfortable shape.

have matching front wheel but thats an egg and i should get sorted. for rat looks this will do

Does anyone have a GB decauler fitted? I'm thinking of a way to make it shorter reach, but it's probably worth asking first before I get too specific.

Yes, I like that. Coming along nicely. Still prefer my celeste or white idea though. But each to their own, hope she liked/likes riding it. That's the main thing

ive been thinking abour vivian and ideally she needs a black chainring. ideally one of the dark anodized dura ace 7600 ones or could also take sugina. 51/52t. anybody got spare?

i got a bit scratched up 54t of the dark 7600 onea at home if want swaps.
