Anyone else find that the fitness/freshness charts in TP and strava are completely unrepresentative of how knackered they feel? As far as I can see I can kill myself for 2hours doing Z4 intervals and have legs like jelly but I am 'fresher' and it contributes less to 'fitness' than if I did a 3hr Z2 ride.
This seems to mean that I am less 'fit' after 2 months speed work than I was at the end of my winter base phase - in effect jellifying my legs is detraining.
