This - why do they blight the crystal with the bubble. I had a watch with one of those and it ended so scratched as to render the date unreadable. and they're silly looking. Modern tech must be able to create a magnifying lens inside the glass and still have a flat outer surface.

Really, the date is far nicer and probably an easier sell in the future should you decide the 2mm makes it unwearable.

of the two, i prefer the smaller one, but i couldn't live with the date window. they are like your mate at school with the gammy eye and coke bottle glasses
