Apparently I need to go round roundabouts faster. 19/325 on H10/2 Strava, 149/400 on the roundabout segment.

What was your v_min? We dropped to 19mph on the tandem, but I only dropped to 21mph solo.

20.6 apparently. I do remember thinking I was going a bit slow last night, I'll have to push it a bit. I'm only losing 5 seconds compared to going 29mph, perhaps the extra recovery is worth it.
