Liquid latex?
I prefer to ride With them as is. But carry pressurised latex. The stuff I carry is ammoinia free which is a bit kinda on the latex inner.
My rear FMB has 1/3 can in it and holds air better than it did when New. I rode a Veloflex carbon hand-me-Down which had been repaired With the same stuff then replaced by the previous owner. It had sat around filled With the stuff for nearly a year before I mounted it, and rode the last 1000km out of it.
