Which decent casual SPD shoes? Dzr, Chrome, Quoc Pham, etc

What are they meant to look like? Skate shoes? Faux leather? Come on. They're not for posing in Shoreditch with. I'd rather be comfy and practical than some sort of mustachioed Tweed Run peacock or monochrome Mission Workshop advert. They've got decent Wiggle reviews. Gonna try a pair :P - They also come in black:

I've been using these for some time, which I imagine are similar. Shimano SH-MT44

They are great for commuting, light MTB, etc. Not an ultra-stiff race shoe feel. Certainly softish. Especially after walking in them a bit and getting back on the pedals you can feel the flex a bit more.

Nice. Yeah my Sidi's are fine when I'm going A-to-B or alone, but meeting friends who don't have bikes (I know, why?), then lots of walking is involved, isn't much fun trotting around for ages. Probably not good for ankles etc too. Gonna try some of the Shimano offerings. Hopefully will fit well.
