I bought a couple of the newest vittoria paves. A 25 and a 27. Very nicely made, and pretty light. 291g and 297g. Just over 700g on the wide kinlin alu rims. Which is awesome as they will be mountain wheels. Which means climbing, rough roads, and dodgy weather. So I want lightness, comfort, grip, and great braking. Bit of a big ask. Might work out OK.
