• @amey I like the gym (well, not the environment or the people, but I like what it does to me). It's easy to fit in around work - but does feel a bit weird squatting 100kg at 6.30 in the morning.
    It does mean I do less riding, but I actually feel strong for the first time in my life and it's really sorted out back and neck problems by strengthening weak muscles. It's also helped shift some more fat.. I'm the same weight as I was in Jan, but with a LOT more muscle on me. The DOMS are horrific at first; there were days in February where I could hardly walk.
