I'd get crests.
I ride my bike hard and I also think mine weren't built super. So my opinion is more the wheel build and not the rims themselves.
Crests are about £45 I think and they're as light as you'll get. Tyres might be a bitch to get on first time but once they're pumped up and attached you can do it quick next time.
