    Was going to go for an outdoor spin after work but think i'm going to sacrifice enjoyment for a more focussed indoor session given i'm still nursing a few twinges and grumbles. Joy.

  • That's the aim of this training block at the moment, to see if I can drop down to 68kg and still hold the numbers. I got near 69 earlier in the year, so it might be doable. Lots of soup to look forward to :-(

    Hope the niggles sort themselves out.
