What are peoples FTP results and subsequent 4/6/8 etc. minute power figures? Is there a chart that exists to predict these?
5 sec: 950W 30s: 459W 1m: 425W 2m: 388W 5m: 326W 10m: 302W 20m: 295W 60m: 261W
My FTP is still set as 283W in Training Peaks, from a 20 minute test I did on the track in January. Recent data suggests that may be a tad optimistic.
My FTP is also optimistic (as can be seen from my 20min Power for this year). I cant face reducing it.
