Was going to go for an outdoor spin after work but think i'm going to sacrifice enjoyment for a more focussed indoor session given i'm still nursing a few twinges and grumbles. Joy.
The answer is of course 'test it' and 'everyone is different' but I can't test from my desk and this is purely out of interest...
What are peoples FTP results and subsequent 4/6/8 etc. minute power figures?
Is there a chart that exists to predict these?
