In general, yeah. Was seeing there was a moderately inexpensive route in to hyrdaulics, just out of interest / learning. I don't think there is though. The SRAM S700 ten speed system seems to cost about £250 per wheel.

A cursory google makes it look like Shimano don't do a ten hydraulic set up.

Couldn't you go for ultegra di2 and the HY/RD calipers?
