Because I know jack s*** about bikes and disc brakes =(

Yes, but because of shipping cost they had to disassemble the bike to be shipped over here in two boxes, and when I opened the box and saw the brake calliper separated and sitting by itself I thought 'Nope, going to get someone rebuild this professionally' also I'm not too sure if there was any issues with wheel trueness after been dismantle or any other issues that I might not foreseen.

I couldn't find a handlebar topic, so I thought I'd ask it here:
Debating whether to get steel or alloy Nitto track handlebars. The way I see it, the steel ones are stiffer, less expensive and easier to find, but don't match my Jaguar stem in terms of finish. The alloy ones are lighter and have the same finish as the stem but are less stiff.
Planning to only use them on the track, so I'm leaning towards the steel ones, or is there no real significant difference and does it come down to personal preference?

Loose, duh, corrected.
i.e. I'm free if you wanted it built this weekend.

The steel ones are heavier and stiffer, the alu ones are prettier (IMO)
On track no reason not to go steel.

Received this Pinnacle Arkose Three from Evans this week for my lady. Will fit rear rack and mudguars for longer rides. Lovely bike.

I might need to change tyres since there's like a 1mm to front derailleurs clamp. Shame, those clements feel so damn fiiiine.
Also longer stem needed

Are the rims wide?
If not, 25mm would feel like a 28mm on them.
-
• #102388
they were 17mm inner width iirc. Maybe i could try to sand down the corner of the clamp it rubs on...
-
• #102389
You wouldn't have a reason to advice me steel ones would you? ;)
-
• #102390
Put 25mm on, it's still pretty comfortable.
-
• #102392
Considering mine are alu?

My bad! I thought I came across a comment of yours somewhere about a pair of steel B125s. I misspoke.

This bike no longer has any rattles or creaks. Silence has resumed.

Bars are going out tomorrow first thing.
Sorry for the major delay -

Setback post, 25 on the back and brought the hoods up so I can #slamdatstem. Think that's it for now. Do want a 2015 Chorus crank, but the shortest they do is 170. #midgetproblems
