I think the problem is just rage - I see it in motorists, pedestrians, cyclists, Tube users. It's far more dangerous in drivers, though.

interesting idea, it problem just rage, perhaps the root cause of should be identified to aid a solution
in the 'welp' "Jason Wells' ", i think my Learned Fiends, we would be safe concluding the root of his rage is frustration caused by being blighted with a Lilliputian's member
