  • welp? i've never been called one of those before, but have used the term describing others
but that link is a good start
"But, our correspondent said, without a change in legislation, police in Greater Manchester can do little more than record subculture hate as an element in a crime.

The force says by becoming the first to do so it will raise awareness of the problem. "

if the incidents recorded end up in court convictions, this should mean a judicial precident has been set regarding hate incidents against 'subcultures', and Liddle could be up before a beak
something nice and ironic like wiping him out financially (if he lost he would pay class actors costs, and whatever he has left should go towards developing a safe cycle infrastructure)

He he. It was an interjection not an accusation.

I had a google for "road rage courses" because my gut feeling is that they won't exist or will barely exist - violence behind the wheel is so absolutely normalised that nobody would ever dream of suggesting a corrective course to anybody. It turns out I was wrong, and they do exist! Look! http://www.hastingsobserver.co.uk/news/local/green-light-for-road-rage-course-1-3686264

A COURSE in how to deal with road rage incidents was given the green light after more than 70 women drivers took part.
It was designed to teach local women drivers the basics of car mechanics and personal self-protection... There was handy advice on roadside get-you-home tips, defensive driving and how to ward off a possible road rage attacker.

    Oh.

  • my bad, get accused of so much i'm defensively offensive, apologies,;0)
but, it is sad that there are courses teaching''local women drivers.... how to ward off a possible road rage attacker"
would be interesting to see what they teach,
years ago whilst actaully driving, i had a road rage incident up the Palace of Crystal way in london, geezer was bigger than me and had a pal in his white van when he got out with a crossed wheelbrace and came at me, i just tucked up and held the brace so he could not use it, he started punching then, which was no worry as i was tucked up, after i took a few i said ''give the tool to your mate and we'll have a straightner'' which he did, then i did him, in traffic , he eventually fucked off (swear down, may i be struck down and blighted with Well's member if i lie)
would hate to think of a woman having to tuck up and hold the wheel brace whilst being belted
i'm quite lucky as i can hold my hands up
was about 15 years ago, all started after he pulled up beside me at the Skidnam hill roundabout, started slagging me out his window, actually if i recall he had an antipodian accent, i said something questioning his mother's sexual integrity and left him with a confused look at the lights, a few minutes after, once what i'd said eventually fell in, he started to chase me, so i pulled into the nearside lane so he would have to pull up behind me to see what followed
he got out first brandishing the wheel brace as a weapon
