Actually he must be skint, just rechecked, that's a 10plate Disco diesel he's driving so he must be poor as everyone with money in the country has a Range Rover (not the gash Disco based sport versions) or a Landy or Subaru outback.
Unless it's a city thing, but Discos tend to fall over or fall apart out in the sticks when used in proper 4x4 settings like fields and hills and things off road.
