From my limited understanding of law, whom ever gets out of a vehicle first (reguardless of who is in the wrong) is open to a charge of "road rage"
Getting back in said vehicle and then getting out again to abuse and threaten another road user..... double whammy.
I am not from London, my understanding of the law is that lamping him after the threats of harm and making my escape and calling the police to report it should be good under the clause " i was in fear of my life and d-locked him to escape to safety and phone the police before he murdered me in the street"
Never used one of his caffs before, never will after that display of mangement, imagine sending food back to kitchen..... still he might throw you out before you paid the bill :-)
Londons a touch hostile then ?
