This bike has almost been a lesson in why to ride fixed.

Anyway; any framebuilder can sort it for you; talk to @coldharbour

As in so many silly fiddly little bits....bits that break and yield your bike partially useless. None of this crap with fixed.

I had a bike made by colossi too the craftsmanship was shoddy.

Origin8 and Problem Solvers both do band-on stops, SJS stock them if your LBS don't. Look simple and should probably work.

You can get a clamp to replace the broken guide, (sjs sell them) ugly though

Another option is to drill out the hole bigger to allow a able housing through.

I think I can call it done. Only chainstay needs some cleaning and paint after being replaced.

If you could live with a bare spot unpainted, you could brush paint off and get it TIG welded. If you were to use a torch and braze a new cable stop on there, you would have to remove quite a bit of paint I reckon.

Not too shabby for a parts bin build I don't think. I need a longer stem, slamdatstem and to remove the brakes are death sticker. loving it so far.
