well yes the touring does just that - navigation, the touring Plus does have heart rate communication via the Ant add-on, but not cadence...
i guess the plus with the touring is the touchscreen in comparison with a bryton

saw a couple of amazon reviews that weren't that impressed with the touring, how easy is it to use, and to get a quick GPS signal?
