Driving lessons teach you to leave room and be considerate - I should know, I'm (re)learning right now. Problem is, as soon as anyone passes they immediately learn to drive like cunts. It's London's fault.

Then further education and change of law would be needed, I.e. Stop encouraging people to drive in London.

You can't do it that way, you're going right up against the motor lobby.

If cyclists crowd-funded a PIF campaign then just setting out the reasons for Primary would be helpful.
